Cost: $1200 to be billed to you by Med-Hot

Choose between 3 designs.  Each design has 3 color options.  Choose your design and color option in the order form below the designs.

Important Notes: Pages that are customizable include the text on the About You page and 1 photo, your thermography packages and prices on the Services page, and your contact info on the Contact page.  Text must be provided in electronic format and the file types as listed below.  No logo design is included, you must provide your logo in acceptable formats (see below).  All other pages and text, images, colors and designs elements are per the demos and not modifiable.  Your website will be hosted as a subdomain under the Thermographynetwork.com main website.  Email address is not included.

It’s important we get all the needed information for your website.  Check the form below so you have everything ready on your computer before starting on the order form.  If you leave the form before submitting it, anything you’ve written will be lost.

Double-check your text and spelling before submitting.  Make sure you’re uploading your final logo, About image and Services/Prices document.  Edits after submitting the form are subject to additional fees.

You must select a single design (1, 2 0r 3) and the color theme (a, b, c).
